Bluey to Make Debut As Claw Machine Prizes in Japan

Japanese amusement good maker FuRyu Corp. has announced that it will begin rolling out crane game–exclusive prizes for the hit Australian animated series Bluey from late April 2026. It marks the first time Bluey characters will appear as claw machines prizes.

About Bluey

Bluey is an Australian animated series that first premiered in 2018 and has since grown into a global phenomenon, airing in more than 140 countries. Created by Joe Brumm and produced by Ludo Studio, the show follows the everyday adventures of a six-year-old Australian Cattle Dog named Bluey and her younger sister Bingo.

What sets it apart is its focus on imaginative play and family life, told through short, relatable episodes that resonate with both children and adults. Bluey’s parents, Bandit and Chilli, play an active role in these stories, balancing humor with emotional depth.

According to data analytics firm Nielsen, Bluey was watched for approximately 45 billion minutes in the United States in 2025, ranking No. 1 in total streaming time across all programs for the second consecutive year.

The Happy Duo Big Plush features two characters: Bluey, made in a substantial size of approximately 30 cm, and Bingo, designed slightly smaller in line with her character profile. The natural size difference between the two is faithfully recreated, emphasizing their close sibling charm when displayed together.

The Happy Duo Mascot lineup features three variations: two of Bluey’s expressive emotions and one of an energetic Bingo. These 12 cm palm-sized mascots are designed to be easily attached to bags or pouches for casual carrying. Despite their small size, there is much attention to detail in the ears, tails, and color patterns.

Where to play for them

The full list of arcades across Japan where you can play for Bluey prizes is available on FuRyu’s official website. In Tokyo, they will be stocked at many GiGO and Namco arcades, plus a handful of Round 1s and other smaller arcades. Me Tokyo Shinjuku and Ikebukuro will stock the smaller mascots only.
